Sales Tax
A sales tax of 6.25% is added to all orders shipped to Illinois addresses (9% in Chicago). Sales tax is not charged on shipments outside of Illinois.

Payment Options
Chicagoland Games accepts online payments with VISA, MasterCard and Discover credit cards. We do not accept cash, checks or CODs for online purchases. When visiting our Brick & Mortar store in Chicago, you may pay using your Visa or Mastercard, as well as cash or check.

After ordering, you will an email confirmation from Chicagoland Games. You will also be notified once your order ships. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account and selecting "Order History".

From time to time there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Chicagoland Games reserves the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).

Order History
To view your transaction history simply log into your account and click the "Order History" tab. A list of all of your transactions will be displayed. Click "Details" to view to details of a specific transaction.

Wish Lists and Gift Registries
Once you create an account you may create a wish list and/or gift registries.
To create a wish list, first login to your account. Once you do so you will be able to click the "Add to Wish List" text found on each product's page. A notification will appear at the top of the page indicating that the product was successfully added to your Wish List. You may share your Wish List with your friends and family by going to the "My Account" page and selecting the "Wish List" tab.
To create a Gift Registry login to your account and go to the "My Account" page. Click the "Gift Registry" tab and then click "Create New Registry." Enter the details for your event. You will then be able to click the "Add to Registry" text found on each product's page. A notification will appear at the top of the page indicating that the product was successfully added to your Registry. Your friends and family can locate your registry by clicking the "Gift Registry" button on the top right of the page. They will be able to search by your first and last name.

Ninja Points and Ninja Punch Out
To thank our customers for their continued loyalty and support we have started two programs that allow you to earn rewards.
Ninja Points is our online reward program. Each time you make a purchase you will receive ninja points. You will be able to view the points (and dollar worth of points) when you check out. You can apply your ninja points towards future purchases on our website.
Ninja Punch Out is our Brick & Mortar store's reward program. To participate in this program you will need to fill out a "Ninja Punch Out" card in our store, which will keep track of your purchases. Each time you spend $10.00 you will be able to punch a ninja out on the card. Punch out 10 ninjas and receive 10% off of your next purchase!
At this time Ninja Points can only be used online and Ninja Punch Out can only be used in our store.

Shipping Methods
Chicagoland Games offers the following shipping options for delivery within the U.S. At this time, we are unable to ship to international addresses, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, Alaska or US territories.
Chicagoland Games uses USPS.

Returns and Exchanges
Oops policy: If you get the wrong product, or if we damaged your product, just send it back to us at our cost. Please contact us at 773-728-3656 between the hours of 8-5 M-F and we will send you a prepaid shipping label.
Or if you are in the Chicago area you may also return your item in our store at 5550 N. Broadway, Chicago, IL 60660.
Dude, I no longer want this, policy: In the unlikely event that you buy a game, and no longer like it but haven't opened it yet, send it back to us within 21 days, and we will send you a refund, less shipping and a restocking fee of 10% of the price you paid for the item.
